Seldom in history have three things come together as they have at this moment: 1) a supremely catastrophic danger, 2) the power of democracy to avert that danger, and 3) a faith-based movement to inspire #2 to address #1. The Two Futures project is at the heart of that movement, and I urge everyone to consider being not just involved, but committed. What better legacy could we leave to the next generation than to have abolished nuclear weapons in our generation, as our ancestors did slavery in theirs?
